RISK DISCLAIMERS

The risk of loss in trading digital assets can be substantial and such trading is not suitable or appropriate for everyone. You should carefully consider whether such trading is suitable or appropriate for you in light of your financial condition and objectives. In considering whether to trade or to authorize someone else to trade for you, you should be aware of the risks. If you purchase a digital asset, you may sustain a total loss of the purchase price and of all transaction costs. Under certain market conditions, you may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position.

Exchanges on which digital assets trade are largely unregulated and susceptible to several risks, including but not limited to failure, bankruptcy, theft, potential manipulation or fraud. This brief statement cannot disclose all the risks and other significant aspects of the digital asset markets. You should therefore carefully read and study the information brochure available upon request from Kingsly Capital Management and discuss with your own financial consultant or advisor.

Cryptocurrency trading is not for everyone. Before deciding to participate in cryptocurrency markets, you should carefully consider your investment objectives and experience and your risk tolerance. Do not commit money that you cannot afford to lose. There is considerable risk in any cryptocurrency transaction, including but not limited to, cybersecurity, technology or communication interruption, custody of assets and funds, limited regulatory protection, platform failure or closure and market volatility, each of which could substantially and adversely affect prices or liquidity of cryptocurrencies or transactions.

You could sustain a total loss of funds you have deposited and be required to deposit additional funds to maintain your position. If you fail to meet any funding requirement, your position may be liquidated and you will be responsible for any resulting loss.
